Today's Community Forum Cancelled

Caring for Coast – Adapting to climate change and growth challenges

TODAY’S EVENT CANCELLED

We have cancelled today’s Community Forum in Lorne as a precautionary measure in response to novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The health and safety of our community is our highest priority.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will let you know if the event is to be rescheduled.

Thank you for your understanding.

The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee invites local communities to a coastal forum for an opportunity to hear how the challenges related to coastal adaptation and growth are being considered and addressed in Victoria.

Hear insights from experts on the challenges and responses to:

  • the demands of increased visitation
  • the impacts of climate change
  • increased community expectations
  • protecting and managing cultural heritage.

Hear from special guests Jason Mifsud, Dr Anthony Boxshall and Ali Wastie.
