Update: 20 November 2011

The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee has resumed the planning process for the Point Grey precinct at Lorne, which includes Lorne Pier around to Shelly Beach. The work in 2012 will involve extensive community consultation during the master planning stages.

The work will include the formation of a Community Reference Group, based on the existing Point Grey Project Team but with expanded membership, and will be followed by broad community consultation on the resulting Draft Plan.
