Tender for Construction of Torquay Surf Beach Facilities

The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee invites tenders from experienced contractors for the construction of the new Surf Beach Public Facilities located on Torquay Surf Beach at the eastern end of the carpark known as Voss Carpark.

The project has two components:

  1. construction of a public toilet with total of five W/C pans, urinal and disabled cubical (total area of approx 26 sq m) and
  2. construction of a kiosk (approx 20 sq m).

The closing date for tender submissions is 4.00pm, Thursday 23 September 2010.
