A Quick Overview
The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC) has the responsibility to manage coastal Crown land reserves on Victoria's Great Ocean Road from the Point Impossible east of Torquay to the Cumberland River, southwest of Lorne.
Our Caravan Parks
GORCC operates two caravan parks - Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park and Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park.
Our Charter
GORCC is a Crown Land Committee of Management established under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act, 1978 which is administered by the Minister for Environment.

To sustainably manage coastal reserves and caravan parks to enhance experiences for local and visitor communities both now and into the future...
What We Do
GORCC manages coastal reserves and caravan parks between Torquay and Lorne. We undertake a large range of projects and activities.
Where We Manage
The public land coastal reserves managed by GORCC extend from Point Impossible to Cumberland River within the boundaries of the Surf Coast Shire.
